Day 30! cant believe it

I made it a month, thats insane! (ct from oxy/hydro/methadone) Monday was a complete turning point for me. For some reason my lower back pain I was experiencing just stopped. Just like that! Its an amazing feeling.

As for the state of my w/d at day 30.
-i get 8 hours of sleep a night
-no body aches (no back aches now!)
-sneezing has almost subsided
-i was always cold, now my core body temp seems to be improving
-energy is making its way back (doing alot more things now)
-i have some very minute PAWS but i'm hoping that goes away soon

I can goto social things and not have to worry about getting high before so i can enjoy myself. To not have that burden of always thinking of how many pills i have left, when i'm going to get my next batch. blah blah, is so liberating. I'm free now, mentally and physically.

I thank everyone so much for helping me through this. Without your wisdom and encouragement i would not have made it this far.

Awesome!  I needed to hear that.  I am on day 12.  On a ski trip and it is raining.  Very depressed today.  What is up with the sneezing anyway?  I thought I suddenly became allergic to myself!

Yeah for me the sneezing was pretty bad. On my worse days, I would sneeze exactly 4 sneezes in a row about 5-6 times a day. I'm glad to say I'm down to about 2 times a day :)

I asked about 4 days ago if anyone was sneezing more then normal.........I never sneezed so much in my life its starting to annoy the **** outa me. Glad someone finally answered
