Deb...
Yay Day 4!  You are doing awesome, girl.  Hang on to your faith and be proud of yourself! Keep on walking the path to recovery, one step at a time.
You've come a long way and I'm so proud of you...

Ok... so today is coming to a close... no pills today!!! Happy dance!!! But I jv reached out to several today. I hope I helped someone. Maybe that is the reason for all this madness with me. Maybe I am going thru this so I can reach out and help someone else...that may be Gods plan!! If so, I will continue to reach out and give support and comfort to those who are in need as long as it is Gods will, and not my own!!!

Remember how you kept taking just a little to take the edge off and would reset the clock???? How proud you should be that you stopped doing it and moved forward!!!!!!!!!  How proud you should feel that you got through that part - every day remember that feeling and how you pushed past it!  Congrats Girl!

Wow... thanks for all the encouragement. I really need it today.. I am doing things around here... little by little. Bkitty... twinkies... I could go for some of those... may hv to make a run to the store!!!
I'm holding on till church in the morning... I get so much strength from church... been reading over our Sunday school lesson to occupy my mind. Its on spiritual maturity. Boy is that a kick in the butt. But I can't help but think maybe I am going thru all of this so I can reach out and help others. They say, If God brings u to it... God will see I thru it!!! I'm trusting in u Lord and I publically lay my burdens at Ur feet.

I'm on day 6 and you seem much better than me.  I still can eat so I drink lots of boost.   Nothing taste right plus my stomach can't seem to process food without it going right through me.  Today my head feels like it's gonna explode!  Slowly, slowly recovering.

Congrats on Day 4,,,roll with the tide. When you feel half way normal get up and do stuff,,I set small goals each day and that would be my focus. Ha I too ate like a piggy in the beginning,,I remember eating a box of fiber bars (talk about a colon cleanse) and then the next day I ate a box of twinkies. Thankfully,,my eating has returned to normal. Dac keep with the good work and keep pushing forward,,there is peace and calm waters ahead. Trust me I was there 87days ago. Best of luck ~Bkitty
