Day 4 and feeling better

Day 4 and feeling better

Well day 4 down and starting day 5 in the morn.  I felt better today but am still afraid to lay down and try to sleep at night. I bought some Melatonin to try and help me relax to sleep. Does anyone know if this will help????

I actually have taken the melatonin and did get sleepy and actually had dreams I could remember....It was a bit different but still sleep...good luck!

Congrats on day 4.  Hang in there as it does get better.  The sleep and energy take some time to come back.  I know some of the others have said Melatonin has helped.  I dont take that but i do take other vitamins which really help.  You should be over the roughest part.  Stay strong!!!!                         sara
