Congrats on day 4. Hang in there as it does get better. The sleep and energy take some time to come back. I know some of the others have said Melatonin has helped. I dont take that but i do take other vitamins which really help. You should be over the roughest part. Stay strong!!!! sara
I actually have taken the melatonin and did get sleepy and actually had dreams I could remember....It was a bit different but still sleep...good luck!
