Day 5-6

Still here and doing OK!  I woke up this morning nauseous and a wicked headache and thought "Oh Noooo"  but when I went to take my meds I realized that I hadnt taken my effexor yesterday.  Took todays dose about 2 hours ago and feel better!  Im dreading that withdrawal but one thing at a time!  Yesterday was a good day!  Went grocery shopping and took the dog for 2 walks!  It was so good to be out of the house!  Tomorrow I am back to work and it is my birthday!  First birthday without pain meds in 7 years!!!  So I have something to celebrate!!!  Im sure Ill have more to write about tomorrow!!!  Thanks all for your help!!!!  :)

Thank you all!  Im sure it will be a good birthday!  No plans for tomorrow except for work.  Having my birthday next Saturday at my sisters.  We were supposed to do it yesterday but I still dont feel like eating and I want to enjoy the cake!!!  :)   Kelly, where do you live?  It sure is a small world!!!!  Well Im off to take the dog out!  Thanks again!!!

Hey girl, dont stress about the effexor, you havent started a taper plan yet, so, it wont be that intense when you do, you just missed your dose and this happens to everyone in a few hours of missing their dose : )

Im glad you got out the house, walking is a breath of fresh air...

Woohoo...First clean birthday, thats fantastic, a big Happy Birthday for tomorrow, we have lots of birthdays coming up lately : )
