Day 8 Tapering- Thanks

Good afternoon to All :)

I want to give a Big Thank you to all that has been here for me in the past 8 days.  You guys ROCK~ don't think I would have came this far without the support from you!

Selfindused,Gnarley,Angel-lina and many more.. You guys have said so many encouraging words and post that mean so much I just want to say Thank ya'll sooooo much.  I will be so proud when I jump and I am totally pill free.

Im glad your committed to.getting better. This will be the hardest thing you'll ever do. But the rewards are great. When your ready to just jump and.quit for good and.get thru the detdox and get some clean time you'll be even better than great.

Life is so.different without pills. Its so much better feeling mentally. I don't care if you taper or could turkey. Its all a process of self discovery and willpower. You've got to dig deep down and fight for your life.

Your on the right path...so you should feel good about recognizing your problem and reclaiming your life. We all take different paths that lead us to sobriety. One size dose not fit all. Just remember the turtle won the race against the hare. It takes so much more willpower to taper. Im very proud of you and your commitment. Your friend....mama

Thank you mama! I have been feeling kinda like I have not done enough in 8 days and I want to jump.  However, I have tapered by almost 50%.

The wiered thing is I feel like my body is detoxing but my mind is telling me that I have not done enough.

Angie~ I am so proud of you ! You really have came along way and you areTruelry an inspiration to me... I feel very bleesed to have you - and with that said knowing that I am not the only one in this process of tapering..

I want this  more then ever!

Yes indeed... I wanna be able to encourage other that it can be done.  I feel like the first thing is reconizing there is a problem, second reaching out for help, third a plan,fourth a goal... And then staying focused and keep your eye on the prize... Living LIfe! xoxoxoxoxo
