Day 8 and my energy is still to low

Can anyone please let me know what I can take besides energy pulls to get my energy up. It's day 8 of detox from percosets and tge aches, anxiety and jitters are getting better but my energy seems to be getting worse.

I have been taking tyrosine and vitamin c and a multi vitamin but nothings helping. I'm so frustrated. It takes everything I have to get out of my chair at work.

Thanks all

Congratulations on getting to day 8.  Things will get better as far as energy/motivation a little bit each day and within another week or so you'll be feeling a lot better.  For many people things are totally back to normal by the end of the second week, I guess for others it takes a little longer but not much.

Making yourself get up and get some exercise or just going somewhere like the mall or park etc. helps.

I personally didnt think the vitamins or herbal stuff did anything at all but others here feel that they got quite a lot out of that stuff.

Thanks guys. I have to run around at work a lot and I went to the gym this morning. I'll try some b12.

Thanks again.

Congrats on 8 days!!  This is really a time thing as frustrating as that is.  Get up and move around as much as you can.  That helps our natural endorphins to get going again.....sara

Are you getting any exercise?  B12 helps some people.  I take Super B complex.

Congrats on 8 days! : )  It gets better but takes a bit!
