Last night was horrible.  My mind wouldn't shut off and I felt like I was losing it! My husband's lack of support really beat me down. Then I found them out in the open sitting on his dresser! I feel like he wants to fail in this fight I'm in. Just to let you know, I didn't take any! I picked up the bottle  and put it back down. Then I thought thanks again honey, I knew I could count on you! (Dripping with sarcasm).

This could very easily become your undoing...

Try this: Tell your husband he has to hide those pills and not leave them around and if you see them...you'll flush them.  That should take care of it and demonstrate you're serious.

I was feeling pretty low this morning.  Now, I'm mad as hell! Not really with my husband  (don't get me wrong, I'm pretty upset how lightly he is treating this) but I'm mad at those pills! I hate them! I'm so determined to beat this!
So f-you oxy!!!

OMG!!! You better believe your husband needs to hide them and hide them good...

Go buy a small lock box and have him lock them up and hide the keys. Always keeping the box out of site. This is only Fing with your mind.

My Mom died in Feb last yr and I had hospice do this, plus they would count them.  Anything to protect that mind of ours that will play the tape again for just one more!!! Lots of Luck!

I am so sorry you are going through this. I cannot say with absolute certainty that if I found my husband's I would not take something.  I would like to think that but I am not naive anymore, hence the safe.  Doesn't your husband want you to be clean? I don't really understand the dynamic I guess. He really needs to get on board with you.  His actions are very selfish and unfair, especially after all of your hard work and progress. Sending hugs.

Something needs to change quickly.  That is too much temptation right in front of your face.  I think you need a "come to Jesus meeting" where you are in charge and let him know this is how it has to be and you wont settle for anything less.

WOW!  Hes not being helpful at all!!  Can you try talking to him again and see if he will at least hide them?  This has to be so hard for you!!!  I cant even imagine having them sitting right in front of me!!!  Proud of you for not taking them!!  That is HUGE!!!!  Keep hanging on and keep posting!!!  XO Karen
