You might want to see if you can access a suana before long......sweating things out will speed it up some. Analogy here is similar to bottle of water that you put a couple drops of oil in .... the H2O and the oil do not mix....if you slowly and carefully pour the water out the oil will eventually be left all by itself in the bottle ..... look at this oil product as the metabolites of the substance we abused....they are still in the vaso system - - - and that means that some of them are still in your body.........suana up as much as you can and dont even forget to shower / rinse off after you get done in suana ........no sense sweating out the oldies and then letting them soak back up again..................... eagle
I don't know if this will help you at all but it has helped me and I am on day 8. I went to a vitamin store and got an energy vitamin that is called, "No Shot" B-12 Vitamin that you put under your tongue and it dissolves. I think it works but it could be the placebo effect lol. I also go to Jamba Juice and drink their "Match Energy Shots" it has no caffeine, as I hate caffeine, and it gives me healthy energy. Just some options, I don't know if you want to try it out, but I do see an improvement for me. Like you, I have been so weak that yesterday I had to ask my friend to take the top of a water bottle off for me lol because I couldn't muster up the strength myself lol. Also, I am glad to see you have your appetite back because that gives me some hope for tomorrow lol. Best of luck.
