I have been on man help for more than two years or about two years. This is such a vicious cycle. I'm currently nine days free from opiates. I bought a car and I'm about to move Monday  South Florida.  There's still have the urge to use. The only symptoms  sneezing and irritability what to do I'm currently laying in the sun by the pool. I still feel like ****

Hey...what is going on with you? You said back in August that you were going to treatment. Did you? It was also suggested for a year now to get into an aftercare program. Did you?

Hey buddy. Good to see you back, clean, and moving in a positive direction with your life. Congrats on 9 days clean! Now, you have been here before and know the drill as far as what to expect withdrawal wise. You also probably can guess what we are all going to ask you.  ;)  What are you doing different this time? Have you cut any and all sources for the pills? (This is probably the biggest hurdle, at least in the early recovery stages. It will get you EVERY time!) Are you participating in some form of recovery/after care?

Nothing changes if nothing changes. I know how unbelievably maddening it is to be stuck in a rut. You just end up just chasing your own tail and digging yourself deeper and deeper in. Let's make this the time that sticks. Make a few big changes and commit to doing this for good. As always, we are here for you and want to see you succeed. Keep posting for support, take care of yourself, and try to keep your head up.
