Day ten tapering Begins Now

Day ten tapering Begins Now

Hi to All!

Well 10 days ago.I ran across this forum.  I had just re-uped my Hydrocone.  For some reason that night I just started feelig real bad about myself.  I came to grips with my additiction and relized I had a problem.  To be honest with ya'll I really knew it before Jan 16th.

I want you to know that with out the support of this forum- I am not sure I would have came this far.  I read about so many people with the same love/hate relationship that I had with pills.  So many have you have truly inspired me to keep moving forward to break this addiction with your success stories.

I feel a slow detox and I know there is more to come.  So far I gave not had the tummy ache running back and forth to the restroom.  I would like to know from ANY of my fellow taperers what you went thru.

Thanks to ALL!

I went threw 8 1/2 mo of methadone taper ....I did it in 1/2 the normal time for the dose I was on 150mg so by pushing it went in and out of withdrawals along the way had the body aches headaches cramping the whole 9 yards but I was determined to get off the stuff as fast as possible it takes resolve perseverance and the willingness to put up with some discomfort but if you can do that you can taper off anything
my final withdrawal was no walk in the park but it wasn't what it should have been ether so dont be scared to jump off keep posting for support good luck and God bless....Gnarly
