Decreasing Subutex

On subutex ....on 4/10 went down to 8mg to 6mg how long should I wait to go down to 4mg? I didn't notice much difference, but I think I will when I go to 4mg.

So grateful for this community. I started at 24 mg per day & now down to 6! Thank you so much for your help & input.

I would wait at least 2/3 weeks before you drop again. I know were not supposed to give tapering advice, but slow and steady for sub tapering.....slow and steady....

Hi- It's really up to you when you make the next drop. Usually it's when you're physically acclimated to the current dose so just listen to your body.

You've done well getting down from 24 mg!
