Depression

I stopped long term suboxone 6 days ago. I was wondering if anyone knows how long the depression hot/cold and weakness last? The other w/drawls aren't so bad...

Hi,for me it took about ten days to start feeling better and two weeks to feel normal again..congrats on taking your life back! Your almost there b vitamin helped me with energy and ltheanine helped with the depression and anxiouty let me know if i can help with anything else.

When I stopped my suboxone treatment it took a good 10days or so before I started to feel okay again. I biggest problems that lingered were lack of sleep mainly, but also the depression/anxiety issues. In all it took about a month or so before I started to get that happy feeling about being sober. I finally started to feel motivated again, my sleep got a lot better and alot of anxiousness went away. Look into the B vitamins and amino acids like mentioned above, they really do help, especially with energy. Good luck with everything, take care.
