Detox and withdrawels

Does any one know how to detox without going to an inpatient setting? I need to quit these Norco's right now! What are my withdrawel symptoms that I should expect? Can I go to a methadone clinic to detox without getting addicted to methadone?

Please do not go to a methadone clinic..that will be your worst nightmare..How many pills do you take a day and for how long have you been on them? You will get addicted to methadone and that is the worst drug to get off period!

NO NO NO Don't go the methodone route please.You will get addicted and find yourself in a much worse situation trying to get off the methodone.There are much better alternatives.

I agree with the others, the worst thing you can do is go to a methadone clinic.  You would be trading one evil for a worser evil. I would talk to the doctor giving them to you and see if he can taper you down.  More info would be helpful regarding how long you have been taking them and how many you take a day....

ya im in the middle of it now if you had like a super high heroin habit and nothing else worked then maybe but i would try as many other options as you could
