Diarrhea, anxiety...Day 6

I about 10 minutes, it will the end of day 6. Most of the "acute" symptoms have subsided except for about 3. First, the diarrhea is back (it may have never gone away...may have been the massive amounts of Immodium I was taking). I'm also having slight anxiety..pin pricks in arms and feet, etc. The last symptom is the feeling as though I'm running a slight fever (hot forehead) during the day. Anyone experience the same at this stage?? Suggestions?? You've all been so helpful, any help at all is accepted with extreme gratitude!!

Yes I have experienced it and yes it is a drag but guess what it will stop I am not sure when,but this much I do know if you hang in their it will stop you will feel better and you are doing great so far 6 days is something to be very happy about so think of that when you feel bad and hang in their ..a-wakan

congrats on day 6...Wush i could give you advice from my experience, but the most i lasted was about 2 and half days...Becaue of medical reasons i could not be in w/d...SO the most i had was RLS, some dirreah, sweats and chills..That are the 3 worst for me..And of course the no energy..but i would thnk you are almost there...i will soon be where you are..I should be released from the doc tommorrow, then i will try tapering first and see, but not sure i am strong enough.
DO you have anything you can take for aniety????that would sure help you.

Thanks for your words of encouragement. I went through the whole no energy thing, too. Yesterday was better, and today is a little better, still. I have been taking clonidine, which I am trying to stop and taper off of. I'm down to 5 1mg. tabs anyway. It does help. I'd definitely recommend it!!

IM there , no energy and feel Just like i have the flu a bit, 6 days! all the drugs are out of your system, Some stay in the liver because its hard to break all of it down it gets sored in the fatty tissue. Im not a doctor but i i have read about it in my medical book. Exercise will help i know that may sound totally crazy but even walking around and do something.

Congrats on day 6!

My day six was like that too.   Just hang tough... as you already know we get a little better each day.  

It will continue to get better I assure you.

You might have some incidents of bad symptoms for several more days but as a whole you will continue to get better.

I am now on day 25 and still have small periods of malaise and not feeling quite right.   Probably PAWS.

But still I'm so much better.

You will be too!
