I also am shaking at day 7, what day are you on?

i am on day 4 and shaking badly i did not shake this bad last time   im not sure what if anything can be done for this does anyone else know

I took a fractional piece of a Zanax 1/8th. maybe, and I calmed down. Don't know it was the right thing to do though.

cannot do the xanax myself i believe if i ever started them i could not stop i like the high from xanax  i dont get that high from ativan but its not as effective as the xanax    they say valium works well too the shaking hands really sux though   driving me crazy

I was shaking the first 5 days really bad and had little shacks the next week after that. I did not take anything either because like you I like anything that makes me feel high. I watched tons of movies and let time take its course. Like my fiance said ( he is a nurse) it takes longer for meds to leave your system than alchohol or other drugs.
