Hi gnarly_1, Thank's for your suggestion. I just bought the melatonin from a shop and would like to try tonight. Hope that the stuff could help me withdraw the zopliclone as soon as possible because I think melatonin is less harmful than Zopliclone (maybe I was wrong, I don't know).

Thank you gnarly_1, I was detoxing from Zopliclone.
It was hard hard to sleep from even a low dosage (under 15mg), therefore I am thinking does Melatonin could help me or not.
I was taken zopliclone for 1.5 year and normally take arround 60mg

to a degree it helps with most withdrawals but it may take a few nights of lost sleep b/4 anything will help if you use melatonin 15mg and a dark room will usually work if its going to the room must be dark  you might want to give some sleepytime tea a try you can get it at walmart in the tea isle that worked better for me good luck and God bless......Gnarly......btw what you detoxing from???
