Great job continuing to taper! You'll still have withdrawal symptoms once you stop completely, but they won't be as bad as they would be if you quit cold turkey. A few things to keep in mind - take a good multi vitamin, b6 and b12 and a good cal/mag/zinc supplement. Stay hydrated - this is SO important - Gatorade or other drinks w/electolytes are best. Protein drinks are good when you don't feel like eating anything. And keep some immodium on hand.
Well wishes and keep posting so we know how you're doing....

Tapering works well for some members. We are not allowed to give tapering advice on the forum. But from what Ive learned the slower the easier for the withdrawals, but in essence you are sorta delaying them too. Taper according to your needs and your body. Stay strong and stick to the schedule it. Its easy to vere off when you have pills available. I wish you all the best!! ((hugs))~Bkitty
Hi there and welcome to the forum!
Tapering is a good way to get off of oxys, the problem is that alot of people don't have the discipline to taper. It sounds like you're doing a good job so far. We can't give tapering advice on the forum, but generally speaking, if you keep lowering your dose and allowing your body to adjust to that dose, you'll be OK.
Check out the Thomas recipe at the bottom of your screen. There are alot of good tools there to help you with your withdrawal once you quit completely. The good thing about tapering is that it does make the withdrawal symptoms more bearable.
Glad you're taking the steps to get clean and keep posting so we know how you're doing!
Well wishes to you...
