Electricity in my bones

Yesterday was ok, till the afternoon then my arm started to feel like there was an electric current running through it.  Now I'm feeling that in my arms and my legs.. Can anyone tell me a way to help with this, or at least tell me when it will go away?  Day 12 no Vicodin Day

I'm not sure, but i did get somewhat of the same thing during my taper. Don't know what it is , but with me it comes and goes........is it really severe or just annoying?  Is it just on one side or both......just want to make sure.

Got a hot tub?  If not take a hot soaker of a bath.  That did the best to stave off the creepie crawlies for me.

I've got something kinda like that but only before I twitch.  yes, I said twitch.  All day and night long my limbs flip out and spasm. It's not bad, it's actually kinda funny.  But right after it does it I feel kinda electricy (a new word I just made up) like it created energy or something.  sorry, I'm feeling silly tonight.

My ex told me about that. She said she would have these electric jolts in her arms and legs, mostly when she was withdrawing. I remember before i knew the full extent of her addiction her legs would kick at nite. When i told her of it she had no idea. For me i had that also. I was injured bad in a Harley crash in July. i got 20 vics at the hospital, and then 80 from my doc a few days later. i used them as prescribed and got pain relief. Then i started using a few more and chewing them to alleviate my pain. one nite i was awoken by the electric jolts in my legs and my mind said take some pills. i tossed them and went on tylenol etc. Strange drug those opiates, I hate them for the destruction of my family but they tried to suck me in also. Just annoying I guess....  but I guess since I'm not on drugs anymore, I really miss being 100% comfortable.  I just want to be happy, healthy and well, and the electric currents are just buggin me alot.   But, I found out last night that a heating pad works.  I don't know if it takes them away so much as gives me something else to concentrate on.

i have a similar thing too only its in my whole body, not jsut limbs. from head to toe. Like a pulsating low current humming. no idea what it is that makes that sensation but it sucks!
