Embarrassed!!

I am sorry that I haven't posting but I have my reasons.  I think I have upset 1 person.  I am sorry and I do appreciate your help but unfortunately...I can't utilize it at the moment.  I feel stupid posting on here because this is a forum for addicts that  are trying to quit.  Believe me...I am trying to quit but there are too many obstacles in the way at the moment.  please forgive me.

I am sure you haven't upset anyone..and I think you were refering to me.. You will be ready when you are ready.. until then use the forum for the inspiration for when you are ready. i could never be upset.. my offer to help is still there.. whenever you are ready..

Bulldog do you realize that the obstacles are caused by drug use and if you continue to use they really never go away......

Yes many here are looking for a way to stop but there are many here who don't know what to do and still use........

As long as communications stay open maybe there will be a chance a light will come on in the brain that will say I have had enough of drugs controling my life and I want it back........

Stick with it Bulldog and hang out a while and don't worry about pissing people off addicts have very thin skin and sometimes the TRUTH hurts and cuts like holy water on Regan......................

Hey I am in the same boat. I went back on my meds last week. And now I find myself taking more than I am supposed to again! I am just so tired of thinking and feeling. I know your not supposed to mix alcohol with meds but right now I am trying to finish a bottle of wine. The past keeps trying to catch up with me and I don't like it.

u have to want it. u can do it, anyone can do it. one day at a time. go to meetings, get a sponser, work some steps,simple. u must not want it or hanv't hit bottom yet. ur still using thats why its so foggy that u dont want recovery . its a jeckle and hyde disesas. what mask is on now or what one has allways been on in when recovery is the topic?
