Energy and anxiety help

I'm tapering from suboxone and these are my biggest issues:  no energy and crazy anxiety/ irritability but I also wanted to post this question because of how many other people I see on here struggling with the same thing. I've been told by the dr that exercise will help but omg it's so hard! I'm also taking a good vitamin supp for energy which seems to help some. I take Paxil for anxiety which I'm sure helps (been on that a long time) but am unsure if there are any herbal supps I can take with it. Relaxing music has been suggested which does help me get through the work day (Amazon prime relaxing acoustic) It's very strange to be filled with no energy or motivation but also crazy anxiety.  Anyway - thought I'd post this question for any one who has advice and/ or needs advice with these problems.  Thanks.

Hello there I'm so sorry you're going through this. I'm in the same boat.. I can tell you from my experience nothing is going to make it all go away but TIME!! I brought all the vitamins you can think of. Home  remedies  you name it.. only thing was time. You just have to go though it. It will pass I promise you will feel better. I hope your doing better today... every day your one step closer;))) take care and remember it will get better..

Hi KLB,  Things are pretty slow around here these days so it's a while before you get a response some times.  Sadly there are no easy ways through this.  Exercise I think is the single best thing you can do to make yourself feel better but it is a struggle to get yourself to get up and do it.

I also liked listening to music and watching movies etc. . They didn't do anything for my energy level but helped with the mood etc.  .

I think it's probably always a good idea to take a good daily vitamin but I honestly never felt any different taking em.

Time is the real thing.  You need time to pass.  And obviously you have to stay clean.
