Yes the fatigue can be bad!  It was just so hard to get moving and even be comfortable sitting still.... I enjoyed being tired the first few days cause all I wanted to do was sleep but once I started feeling better it was a bummer!!!  The supplements really do help some I think, at least for me they did!!!  ARe you taking anything at all to help you through?  One of the last things to come back for me was the energy!  SO even after the fatigue fades the lack of energy was there and is still there some days for me!  The best thing was to get moving.  I took my dog for so many walks my first week of detox that I think he was tired!!!!  Keep hanging in there and try some supplements if you arent already taking them!!!

Are you taking any supplements?  They can really help. First a good super multivitamin....then L - tyrosine,  extra B12 (B complex helps me), D3, Potassium... Make sure you're getting enough protein. ..maybe a protein drink/shake. On the worst days I will have 5 hour energy drink.  I don't do that often as it can make me jittery but I have no choice in order to get my but moving and work sometimes. Eventually it will pass but the supplements are important as between the past drugs and then detox your body becomes depleted.
