FEELING SICK

This morning started off with just the runny nose stuff, sneezing still every once in a while..now, my throat is killing me and i feel feverish...The funny thing is i never once got sick with anything while on pills...i just took some liquid advil...
Why is this? that we are never sick on pills? Are we but just don't realize it..or is it the tylenol everyday?

ive got bronchitis, my bf's getting sick, a lot of people here are sick.

Aww no not you too :(( It seems like all of us that have been clean (well i'm still on 1mg of sub) are getting sick...My b/f is too and her NEVER gets sick...It's gotta be that the pills were fighting off any kind of virus even my b/f said so...

no, i think we were high all the time and didn't know if we were sick....except for bronchitis...that you know cause it hurts like hell.....dee

yea it does. ive been dealing with it for weeks....they say its only supposed to last up to 14 days...I mightve been dealing with it since april and just didnt know. Id have this cough that would wake me all thru the night, and I cant deal with this anymore. Im a smoker so I know its a great time to quit but I wont right now. Im on prednisone (tomorrows my last dose) so far, no go. Im also using an inhaler, so far, again, nothing......

same here on inhaler still smoking....chronic bronchitis every couple of weeks...been on and off antibiotics since april...just finished a script the other day....dee

they told me they wouldnt give me anti's for a viral infection. only bacterial. so obviously the antibiotics arent working for you?

too wierd...i never coughed and should of cause pills made me smoke more...now, coughing like crazy.., and i am on chantix and smoking hardly anything...Could the pills really mask all of that...Even a cough and sore throat??

Hydrocodone suppresses coughs so yes it can mask a cough.. although if you are smoking less and trying to quit you could be coughing from that too,

fladdicts right. hydrocodone is in the cough meds they were giving me for awhile back then and it was the only thing that worked.

too weird..kind of sounds like you are better are them , then to be sick..
only kidding, that is the addict talking...

mine is just a bad cold getting worst...now coughing up guck!!!  But it may turn into brochitis, i hope not because i feel bad enough...yuk.

Get some Mucinex that is OTC and will help the chest congestion yuckiness

I can relate you you. I got chantix from the doctor and it made ciggs taste bad.Haven't bought a pack in a month. I was on the perdisone, inhaler, purple disc, the whole nine yards. Your far to young to develope these problems hon. You sound like you have been feeling like total **** lately.
I got the chantix and let it sit around for the longest, and then one morning I just said f-- it. I'm
taking it, and to my surprise I strated smoking less ciggs each day. Even a taper would be good for your lungs. Just food for thought. By the way to be honest, I would have a cigg each day, at work I'd bum one, yesterday I broke down and got a pack. I'm human. But I left them at work purposely. All the ppl i'd bum one from smoked non menthol, I WANTED menthol. I'm no angel still working on it.just want to see you feeling better.

girl i bought the chantix too and left it around..AT THAT PRICE i should of jumped on it..Anyway i took the first 3 days, then i stopped..i got back on it and i am on the pack that is morning and afternoon, finished that pack going on 3rd..It is a miracle drug..i have to say i don't crave a cig...I dont' even think about it..and i was smoking a pk to a pk a a half a day..
hopefully that is all coming out too...
Love the chantix---i will take it for the full 12 weeks...I have to quit..I want to see my kids get married and have kids....
