FIRST FULL DAY WITH NO HYDRO

Well today is the first day with no hydro's, haven't had any since yesterday at noon. feeling pretty terrible...did finally get a couple hours sleep last pm but still feeling really tried....not sure if from w/d or the fact i have only gotten 7hours sleep all week....just wanted all to wish me goodluck with jumping off at 20mg a day.....that is a whole lot better than the 200mg i was on only 1 month ago!!!!!!!! Happy fathers day to all who r Dad's!!!!

Best wishes. I have been off oxycodone for two weeks now. Lots of sleep disturbance. Others have suggested Tylenol PM x 3 and I will try that this night. Hang in there!

Great job!  Your situation sounds kind of similiar, so did you quit at 20mg?  Hang in there. I am detoxing from oxycotin 80mg per day, then just went to 20mg of vic within a week.  Do you think I could just stop now.  Keep me posted you give me hope
