Feeling Tired

My wife is 82 she has a heart condition also has osthperosis she takes two tramadol a day she has started feeling tired all the while and has to keep going to bed to lie down after just a little effort she has to retire she says she feels just ill. She has no signs of chest pain but feels exhausted. Do all elderly people feel like this is it because of her age Brian?

Is she on any other meds beside the tramadol? And is the heart condition CHF? I am not a Doc ... but that sounds a lot like she might need to look at oxygen - and all elderly people have problems at some time... Do your best to fully enjoy the times she has energy - set up little trips or projects that you can share and that are not strenous...you are fortunate to have each other - and all the best to you - I found that movies were a good project that combined a low energy outing along with being good times to share ---
