Hi fl I do know some about taper. The thing is if you take a 10mg  your stuck w/it. I do not know what your pill of choich is. Mine was oxycotin at 560mg tid.  post back if you want?

i was taking vicodin or percaset either 10mg or 7.5. 6months ago i was taking about 10 a day. i had myself down to 30mg a few months ago and just stayed there. then i dropped myself to 15mg over the weekend when i first got on here. and decided to taper from there today is a 12mg day. i plan to drop 2-3 mg every couple days for hopefully til next sunday then stop. i am hoping i will just have mild WD symptoms since I have been feeling 80%.

tapering is the way to go. i tried cold turkey too many times.it doesnt work it makes the craving worse.i'm tapering now with a drs. help. i know, i was against getting a dr. involved,but i had no choice.1 more full blown w/d, and i might have checked out for good
