I have read all the comments and you are all right!!! I always look for a way to help and I just need to night the bullet!!!:/ today is day one and it wasn't all that bad just no energy and bad anxiety:/ I have reached my breaking point!! The hardest part for me is the hiding from family and friends!! Or and not to mention stay at home mom!! I can and I will be successful this time!!  Thank you all for the advice it is much appreciated:)
