Oh, and the song The Cure for Pain by John Foreman. Very light, mellow acoustic song with beatiful lyrics. If music helps you, check out this one. You won't be disappointed.
Music has played a huge roll in my recovery so far. I wrote and recorded my own songs for such a long time, but after the vics took over I lost interest. A song I listen to all the time is Never Too Late by 3 Days Grace. Different music style entirely, but it's written about the singer's battle with Oxy. It's very powerful. In fact, the entire album is about it. The name of the album is One-X. Very good album, but very heavy and dark rock/borderline metal.
My first two nights without hydros I would sit up and listen to this song an it did give me peace enough to where I could sleep. I did'nt sleep alot but any sleep is better than non.

I love that song so much! It is amazing how music can inspire you and hold you up at times.
I feel that listening to music really loud helps me through the rough parts. I will look at the video you suggested.
