I want to thank everyone that help me today from the bottom of my heart!! After I read your comments I had a good cry. Then did what you told me to do. Get up and move so I took a walk then came back and cleaned my house!!! And it took my mind off the craving which I had not felt like cleaning for a while. So thanks to all of you I'm still clean.Thanks again!!!!!!! God Bless You All....

Way to go joy and today you will be 12 days clean, woo hoo. Each time we get through a craving it makes us stronger and gives us more confidence in our recovery. Staying busy and talking about it helps the most. Congrats on your clean time.
