Forgivness,amends

I was wondering about some suggestions on how to get past the fear of writing what I did to certain people and making an amends to them. I know what I did was wrong and I have to take responsibility in my part but I seem to be developing symptoms of being sick!This will be more of a road to freedom,why do you think I am procrastinating?

It can make you feel sick. Just get it over with. Take a deep breath, do it, and you will feel so much better! And so will the people you feel that you've hurt...I promise!!...cat...=)

Hi j.....i think the fear of being rejected is a big thing with this one.  We never know how the other person will take it.  We know what we have done but to actually acknowledge the wrongs we have done is hard.......You can do this...you have come so far.  Think of the freedom that you will feel.

for me..confronting my fears is the only way i can move forward..i had a horrible fear of elevators...one day i got on one by myself and went up and down 10 times by myself..to this day i can now get on an elevator.....get it done and confront the situation..it will make the fear subside
