Do still have cravings but only occasionally are they pretty strong (my mind can really mess with me! but I just tell my mind to stop causing trouble!). Continue to find doing things without drugs is pretty different but ok and getting better all the time. Pain has improved and even when I do have pain I have different ways to cope.
I am so proud of myself, and all of you who even attempt this, it is a couragous journey! I am so looking forward to triple digits!
Stay strong everyone, and keep up the hard work. It pays off in so many ways.
