What better day to have another roll call than Friday the 13th, lol. We haven't had one this month and since I got through that craving yesterday I wanted to put this up, haha. Congrats to everyone here, even those still tapering and trying to get clean. We have a great family here with a lot of success so brag away.

I am 130 days clean from cocaine and am thankful everyday for that.:)

Ive been clean from methadone since the beginning of June '08, I went the suboxone route this time around and have been off sub since Oct.20. It took awhile for my mind and body to feel "normal" again but I can honestly say I havent felt this good in a long time. The biggest difference during this detox has been my willingness excercise, its probably been the single most important aspect of getting my health back. So to everyone out there where ever you are in your recovery, all I can say is try to get some moderate excercise, it helps more than any medication Ive ever taken. So get up and get out, even a nice walk can make a difference in the long run. Okay Im done with the excercise preach, good luck to all with your continued success.

Hey G-Man, I'm here! Would not have made it this far without you guys. Today is number 12 for me. I feel great. A little tired (no biggie). I LOVE Friday 13ths...my lucky day. I was born on the 13th...I know its only been 12 but I know its over, everyday will add another clean day to my life...I AM CLEAN..and loving it...I got to see my Grand taking her first steps today...:)and nothing clouded my joy...

Not sure how many days. I do know that when I am busy things are good. Idle hands are the devils playground. Cravings and Boredom hit hard when I get off and come home. Major trigger is my house!

37 days off hydos 35 off Ultram ER.
Do still have cravings but only occasionally are they pretty strong  (my mind can really mess with me! but I just tell my mind to stop causing trouble!).  Continue to find doing things without drugs is pretty different but ok and getting better all the time. Pain has improved and even when I do have pain I have different ways to cope.

I am so proud of myself, and all of you who even attempt this, it is a couragous journey!  I am so looking forward to triple digits!

Lessee now....almost 4 months off the Vicodin, and 37 days clean from Tramadol.  It must have been the phase of the moon because 2 days ago I had pretty bad craving myself.  All's well now.

i haven't been on in a long time, but i still lurk now and then. congrats to those fighting the good fight. most of you won't remember me, but some of the old timers will. keep on fighting guys, you can do it. i have a very dear friend who has posted asking for help and i don't know how to help her. she needs help tapering from sub anyone anble to help her i would appreciate it...thanks.  her name here is janlynn..i think her post got pushed to the bottom. she isn't familiar with how the forum works...anyone with experience with tapering from sub please help her..she's a great lady that wants to get clean and is scared and doesn't know what to do. again....thanks to all ...badeggs....aka...Cindy

I gave up on my count of days clean, it's only a number and it doesn't change the ongoing battle, for me anyways :)

166 days off Hydros. Congrats on your time everyone. If we put all of the money we saved from not using drugs together we could probably buy an apartment building somewhere in the middle of the country, fly ourselves out there and have a pizza party. :o}
