From adderall(adderrall) (Speed) to Any opiate, any problems?

by Methbothways, Apr 02, 2007 12:00AM
I've been abusing Drugs such as Amphetemines, benzos, and opiates. For awhile I would take 30mgs of Adderall (adderrall) XR in the morning and not eat the whole day then come back from work and take any kinda opiate (ranging 20-40mgs). On the weekends I would mix them so i could be more awake to feel the opiates. Some weekends I would snort xanax and klonopin to make it last long. My blood pressure is off the charts but i'm yet to Withdraw or even feel bad. Some nites, I even drink. I'm not trying to feel withdraw, but I've yet to learn my limits because I'm never effected in the long run. I've been pulling this sh*t for a few months now, WHEN SHOULD I FEEL WITHDRAW?, because I know i'm not going to stop till i feel it.

Interesting post...hmmmm. You will not feel withdrawal until you stop.

You will begin to feel withdrawal at about half-past the point you'll wish you'd never gotten to.  However, you could be one of the "lucky ones," in which case you won't feel it until about a quarter-after the point of no return.

I would say if you can go all day without and then do only a 40 oxy after work you are still not too far into it. I thought the same way you did buddy but it sneaks up on ya real fast. In a matter of 5 months I went from being able to make an 80 last me 3-4 day to doing 3-4 per day. And buddy when you get to that point, that first day you vant get your hands on any, thepain through your entire body, the irritability and anxiety pumping through your body, it is the most horribly excrutiating pain you will ever feel and wouldn't possible be able to understand untill you live it. If by soMe chance you are willing to take advice and trust a complete stranger, I am begging you friend, stop while you still can fairly easily. I know it isn't my business and I don't have a clue who you are but because I am loving this nightmare right now and know how horrible it feels, I would never wish it upon ANYONE. Please buddy stop while you still can trust me. It will get to the point that you won't be able to crawl out of bed without taking a hit and then to the point that even the thought of having to go to the effort to prep that first line seems impossible and exhausting. It is the most horrible thing anyone could ever do to themselves honestly. It seems manageble now but soon you will rely on them to function at all. That means no oxys, no go to work, no work no money, no money no nothing. I was a clean cut guy with a nice home and nice things. Always ambitious and full of life. On 5 months on these things my wife left me, lost my home, lost my job cause I took too much time off suffering from withdrawls when I didn't have anything.... 5 years of work to get all that stuff and 5 months making a bad choice to get rid of it all. I was never a "drugie" even still people are shocked thatbim an addict they always say I don't fit the profile LOL! There is no profile to fit just a bad choice, a pushy friend telling you to try it not knowing it's cause he is living this hell too and just doesn't want to live it alone, and finally giving in and letting it consume your whole being, your whole life. I apologize foe jogging this blog with my lengthly message I just want to do whatever I can to hopefully make at least one person reading this stop and take a second to rethink things before they decide to experiment with this drug. As far as I am concerned and from what I have heard this addicitipn beats the rest by far apparently just as bad as heroin with the same power of dependabce and the same horrible withdrawl symptoms. No wonder they call 80 oxys the green monster. Definately the scariest ******* monster I've ever seen. It even haunts my dreams at night, that is when I actually manage to me able to fall asleep (oh yes when I know I don't have any to wake up to I dream about searching forvthem all night long, apparently another side affect of the drug)

thanks a bunch for that advise and your story.

I love it when people really go out of their way to explain what can happen when one is addicted to opioids.  I can totally relate to what you said. it does not matter what kind of opiate or opioid you are on, and that includes the replacement opioids like sub and methadone.

I use to think I was superman and able to control what I did. started out like you, methbothways!!  yup, do some adderal, which turns you into the hulk, then chill out on vikes later on. oh I am fine, this is great!!!!......pound a few brews too boot !!!!!..................then darkness comes, more vikes the next week to get by, oh, just a few more wont hurt..............then, a few months of fun  later I am waking up and popping 2 norcs,  so I can make it to work on time, couple for lunch. time drips by like nothing all while the addiction grows and life, money, relationships begin to flounder away.

a few years down the road and you are truly messed up bad, and regretting the day you thought that you were special and to smart to get addicted to anything........
