Function at a job? HOW?

Function at a job? HOW?

Lately I feel like it is impossible to survive it through work. I cannot even get myself up and out of bed. I literally lie in bed until about 10 minutes before I have to go to work from 2-10. I feel like maintaining a job with have severe my mental illness is and addiction is seems impossible. I lost my job at starbucks after 5.5 years because I overdosed on cocaine the night before i had to be to work, then I lost my last job which I LOVED, I was a mental health therapy tech at a dual diagnosis home for people like me, that job was the when i did the best at my recovery. I did relapse. I got fired for being accused of using and taking my perscribed valium on the job. My meds, perscribed to me for ' as needed' I apparently was not allowed to take before or during my shift which I think is complete bull ****. I was happy then. Finally had a stable life. It helped me the most to be able to help others. Now I have a different job since april and my boss knows my problems but I just feel like I am incompetent compared to others and just not going to make it. It is hard enough to get through the days lately putting a job I can't stand on top of it that I have an obligation to seems impossible, How do people maintain jobs through the struggles of addiction and mental illness?
