Getting off Percocet: Question

I was prescribed Percocet for a liver infection 2 years ago. I began using them again about 1 year ago. I have been addicted to them ever since. I would take 2  5/325mg tablets, once at noon, and once in the evening. 4 a day.

As of this past October 2, I have been off of them completely. I have had no desire or urge to take them again.

My question is, has anyone had withdrawal effects that make the sinuses and mouth dry? This seems to happen in cycles, every 6 hours or so. Once in awhile I will have 2 or 3 good strong sneezes. Other than this, I have made it through the other withdrawal symptoms.

I also take clonodine .02 for hypertension. I've been taking these for 3 years, doctors prescription. One of the side effects is dry mouth.

Now I don't know if the dry mouth/sinuses is the withdrawal or the clonodine, or both.

Thanks!

When I had w/d, it was runny nose and sneezing.  I haven't heard of anyone w/dry mouth/sinuses-but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen.  Good for you for ditching the pills!
