Getting off methadone

I took 10 mg of methadone every 12 hours for 3 months, for the last 4 days I've been taking 5 mg every 12 hours. Can I just stop it?

Hi well forchnetly you have been on a low dose your low enough to jump ship stock up on gatoraid rent some movies  most people do not sleep coming off this stuff I say this a lot but ''you just got to be ok without being ok for a wile'' epsom salts baths go a long way in helping the anxiety and the aches and pains just know it is doable one thing I always recamend tfor detoxing is a 3 in 1 vitamin calcium/magnesum and zinc you can get a bottle at walmart for 6 bucks  start taking 4 with breakfast and 4 with dinner in a few days this will cut your withdrawals way down start taking it now b/4 you jump  keep posting for support
