Hello med help family greatful to be here greatful to be clean....I just wanted to drop by to let you know im ok still clean but have been consumed with the recent hospitalization of my wife for the last 3 weeks....where both bipolar and have been threw many manias and depressions over the years however my wife started hering  voices in the walls ...then having the voices turn to shadows jumping threw the walls....nether one of us has ever experenced symptoms like this over the 20 yrs my wife has been sick....it is tearafing for her and I wish I could go threw it for her....around 2 weeks ago they decided to take her off all the meds and stat fresh  that is where where at now  thing are getting better but where still a long way from being over ...all I ask is your prayers in all this....this is something only God can fix....as you might imagin I have been consumed by all this and between work and going to the hospital I just havent been up to posting...tomorrow is the big day she comes home and I hope and pray it all goes well and will return to being around here a bit more...thanks in advance for your prayers your friend and fellow addict Mark

hey everyone....well it has been 1 week today that Kat has been home....it has been slow going she has dibilataing fatigue so I have been taking care of most everything around the house and working....the doctor said this is normal from a complete breakdown and it will get better with time....as a addict I want it and want it now....old behaviors dont always go away...it will take pacents and loving care to nurchering  her back to health she is now on only 2 meds down from 12 so that is a big + and it is the latest stuff out there one is latuda the other im not sure it is a long generic name anyways thanks for all your prayers it has been helping tramedcly   we made it to church this morning and had the grand kids over but only for a hour  both brought her much needed joy...it is had for me to watch her in this fragile condition so every bit of enjoyment we can give her we are doing each day seams a little beter although we have had some set backs this week also  the new med starts to work in 2 to 3 days instead of the 2 to 3 weeks that the old stuff took the doctor said we just need to keep adjusting it once a week untill she is more stable...as for me on a scale of 1 to 10 stress is at like 14 now so been hitting a couple of meetings a week but need to step it up for my own sanity we will try to keep you more posted thanks agian medhelp family your support has been ausum your friend and fellow addict Mark

I am sorry to hear this too. Just caught this, as my computer has been down. How are things going Now?? Plz give us a UPDATE Mark. You & your Wife are in my Prayers! I will mention this at my Bible meeting too.  Nothing like the Power of Prayer, it really works.

Prayers going up Mark ! Make sure you are taking care of yourself, eating well and taking time for a walk outdoors..  For if you fall ill and tired you are no good to your wife and depression can set in, a Healthy you will be a big boost to your wife's recovery ! as I said Prayers going up !! What an ordeal for both of you. I'm happy to read she's coming home. She should do well in familiar surroundings with all the family support.

Hello mark. I am sorry to hear this. I am happy to hear that things are improving. Take care of yourself and your wife. We are okay here. Thinking of you and sending prayers, encouragement and prayers.
Yes the LORD is able to do great and mighty things.
Continue to trust and lean on HIM. HE is Jehovah Rapha our healer.
Praise the LORD for HIS keeping power.

Mark, I'm sorry for your troubles, too. However, you work such a great program, I know you will be fine. You have been such an inspiration to me since I started. Even now, the fact that you are posting here during this time shows how connected you are and that you know isolating is the last thing to do. Post back when you can, it's really not the same w/o you at all.

I am so sorry to hear this Mark but the one thing i am very thankful for is you are clean and able to help her.  You 2 have a very strong marriage and will see this thru.  Time and patience will be the key for awhile.  I am sending prayers up for all of you.  Keep us posted when you can~
