Good OTC med for legitimate pain..

I tried taking some aspirin yesterday for my migraine and knee but a few hours later I felt like electricity was running through my body and shaky...I am thinking the aspirin didnt vibe with some of the vitamins I am taking. What do yall recommend?

That sounds very close to symptoms of Tramadol withdrawal...

I take Excedrin Migraine and it works well for me. I also take Motrin 800mg but not at the same time.  It depends on what part is hurting..LOL    Mostly,I don't have pain at all now..
