Got My Life Back!!!

Well, it has been two weeks and one day since I have been on Lexapro for depression and generalized anxiety disorder.  I TRIED quitting Percocets on December 19th and failed miserably.  I went to my doctor and told him about my feelings of severe anxiety, hopelessness, lack of energy, inability to sleep, crying all the time, lack of focus, etc. and he put me on Lexapro.  It has REALLY given me my life back!

Today I woke up and did not even THINK about Percocets.  I haven't taken a Xanax in two days, either.  I feel absolutely wonderful and truly happy!

I suggest to anyone who have any of the symptoms that I listed above when trying to quit pills to talk to your doctor about Lexapro.  It has been a miracle for me.

I am sooooo HAPPY!  I have my life back!

I would absolutely talk to my doctor about the Celexa.  I take Lexapro because it also addresses my anxiety issues.

I'm telling you, without it I would not be able to work.  The physical part of the withdrawals were easy... The mental part not so much.  I needed help and I found it.  I only wish I had done it from the beginning.  So, don't wait, talk to your doctor TODAY!

Awesome work..im glad the lexapro has alleviated the depression associated w/ w/d-thats my biggest problem-i can take the physical-but the constant crying/depression-hopelessness-ruins me.
Ive been prescribed celexa/abilify-maybe i ought to go back on it-

I cannot express how much Lexapro has helped me.  I am focused, energetic, hopeful and optimistic and look forward to going to work again.  I'm also my happy, bubbly, annoying self again!

I would not have been able to do this without Lexapro.  It addressed so many side effects of quitting.  It's truly a miracle drug!
