got themselves a sponser today?! I don't know much but I do know you the odds are against you if you do not get some support. This I know is true.
There are so many different outlets out there for you to get some support and tell your story. You'd be surprised!
For anyone just starting...you may read 'aftercare' and 'support' one hundred times a day on here...but there is a reason for that...it's so crucial. If you don't realize this now, one day you will. Stay vigilant in your recovery. Take it seriously. Keep going and sharing, reading, counsiling, churching (I think I just made up a word!?), whatever you chose to do to get support. It's so much easier when you are not alone :)
