welcome to the forum.. can you go to your Dr. and ask him to help you off these as you would like to try alternative treatments for your pain. I was up front with my Dr. about my addictions and he has been very understanding.. He can also prescribe things that will help with the restless leg and sleep issues.. they sell a over the counter product Hylands Restful leg that helps also Tonic water has been known to help with rls the quinine in it is beneficial.. I wish you well in what ever decision you make.. keep reaching out for support and read to gain as much knowledge as you can on the methods used for detox.. lesa

400 mgs is a large dose...ct may be a bit difficult..do-able//but 400 mgs will be a ct u would need to plan well for...ie read and learn//go thru the health pages/as stated the thomas recipe will help

r ur meds prescribed?  If they r then u need to talk to ur dr about getting u some help getting off using afer meds to ease the wds..there r also meds to help leg cramps as well...u need to communicate ur concerns with ur dr.

If u r taking these off the streets/u didnt state/then if u have a GP/a dr/i would go to him/her and ask for help...alot also depends on whether this is a high pain dose that u r physically dependent on or if u r an addict/there is a difference//abusing and mental cravings are often associated with addiction and not physical dependence...and do u have a cronic pain problem?  more info as far as ur history is needed..only u know if u r an addict...

meetings can help alot and they r free...have u tried to quit before and been unable to do so?  Suboxone is also an answer for a high dose user who has relapsed over and over/unable to get off the pills on their own//not sumpin i usually would even mention until i c a dose this high..keep us posted..u can pm me and share more history if u would like
