HYDROCODONE COLD TURKEY

On 3rd day of cold turkey of a 4 pill a day 5/500mg hydro habit of a few years. trouble sleeping, and thinking of taking another day off from work which would be 2 days total. any input appreciated

Be thankful that the amount you were taking was pretty low. If you can take another day off & you feel that you need it, then I would take it. Your w/d's should be minor & hopefully subsiding by 2 morrow, but as for the sleep...or lack of...that usually takes a little while.You can try over the counter sleep aids, until you find one that works for you. Melatonin is pretty good.CONGRATULATIONS on day 3!

No sleep is a bear - lots of stuff to try - melatonin works well - diphenhydramine (or benadryl) is a shade stronger - celestial seasonings makes Sleepytime Tea thats pretty good - a warm/hot shower/bath is great pre bedtime......keep posting and ask questuions or just read...you can learn a lot here

You are on probably the worst day right now, it should get better everyday from here...U are so lucky to have caught this at only 4 a day, and only 5 mgs.....It should not be too bad....
Try to take a walk, i know it sounds bad, but i promise you it helped me alot...Drink as much as you can and flush those toxins out, take immoduim for stomach...
