Happy New Year

I did it! My goal was to be clean by Christmas and new year and it is DONE!
Well not done but you know. I accomplished it. And here is to 2011 being a great year for all of us. Let's hope we all catch a break. We have all been through so much and you all have been great. We ALL deserve a great 2011. For me I am clean and now have to find a new job. I am starting all over. Looking forwRd to it now. Stay clean in 11!!

Sleep was one of my favorite "gifts" from getting clean.  Isn't it just the best feeling to easily fall asleep, stay asleep and then wake up actually ready to wake up?  It used to be all I could do to get out of bed and stay out of bed.  I always wanted to try and go back to catch some real sleep, but I never got real, or any, sleep on pills.  Natural sleep is the best!!!  I'm so so grateful for that.

Congrats to you!! And fredjones is so right, that's exactly what I thought this morning. I woke up with a smile on my face..my son slept in, and so did I. I normally would open my eyes, and even if it was still dark out, I'd have to get up as my anxiety was soaring and I couldn't calm myself enough to go back to sleep. Now I'm turning my head over and blissfully falling back asleep. Never thought I'd get to that point, what an amazing feeling. With this new year I hope we all stay clean, happy and optimistic. We deserve it, we've all put in our time and one hell of a fight! Happy new year everyone and congrats, Back2Me!!

Congrats Dude! & Happy new Years to you as well! 2011 is going to be great. Its the best feeling ever to wake up on New Years Day, NOT hung over, NOT getting high, but feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes at you. Again, congrats on accomplishing your goal! Thats awesome
