When I was coming off Methadone the last time, I would dread night time.  No sleep, that was a given, racing mind, aching body and just a feeling of being uncomfortable.

No one to talk to, no light.  I hope you enjoy this day!!

Yeah that's kinda how the nights go.  I sleep a little, then wake up thrashing around.  Have to be quiet getting up so as not to wake up the family.
I come on this forum, but can't post too much, because I feel so mean.

How long has it been since your last pill?  I find that around day 8 or 9 (sometimes 10) is when I finally start to sleep through the night....

I know you probably read this all the time but it's really true.... every day will get better.  For me the (whisper voice) diareha and sleeping are the last things to regulate.  Have you tried any kind of sleep aid to help you sleep?  I take a Tylenol PM but they only get me to sleep.  The don't help me stay asleem much past 4 hours or so...  Hang in there... I know it's hard right now but....  your sleep will get better....

Yes, I have .25 xanax, but it only helps for little bits of time.  I'm trying to use it as little as possible, because it has a rebound effect.  I can't take Tylenol PM because it has benedryl in it - which gives me panic attacks.
