Hey girl....well thanks for asking  im doing great  my disease is under control  it takes 3 to 4 Na meetings a week a service commitment twice a month  but I live in recovery  may sound like a lot  but im a old dope fiend that abused for years  all 5 kids are doing great  all 4 grand kids are getting big  got 3 grand kids right next door and that rocks my wife and I celebrated 36yrs together have a job I love other then the occasional lugery problem  life is a grand adventure im also happy you droped by to let us know how life is going for you and recovery looks great on you............................Gnarly..........................................

Hi guys! Surgery went well...anaesthetic made me sick but that has passed now. Hopefully I won't need many painkillers at all. I haven't had any crazy pain as yet, keeping my fingers crossed!

I am doing well.  Have 3 grandbabies now and they are the loves of my life. I continue to discover the beauty of my recovery.  I am in a healthy relationship, have a great relationship with my kids and job i love.  Not looking forward to winter as Minnesota can be brutal this time of year!!

Hopefully you will feel better after the surgery.  You will be fine with the meds as your doctor is aware also.  I bet your job is interesting!!  I am a CSI junkie!!

My job is interesting :) crime is fascinating. I'm  hoping to do some work in the prisons soon! Wow 3 grand babies congrats! I still haven't been in a relationship going on 5 years now. I had way too much growing on my own to do. I figurr someine will come along if its meant to be. Fingers crossed this surgery will fix my sinuses...its been hell! I'm glad to hear your doing well :)

Things are going very well for me :) I've been working in the forensic drug and alcohol field for two and a half years now. Got my own apartment close to the beach. My anxiety is under control (as well as the adhd). Tomorrow will be scary...i have to have sinus surgery and wont have any choice but to take painkillers. I knew a day like this would come eventually. My doctor says I will be fine and that the reasons I was misusing painkillers in the past are no longer an issue for me (depression,  anxiety,  adhd, family trauma ).
