HI Lynn so sorry to here your down but it happens as I have said b/4 methadone is very cyclic even a month or 2 later so whats happening is normal....so ok it late ....to late to hit a meeting is there anybody you can call??? if not your just going to have to be creative and distracte yourself ....I know theirs a baby in the house so cranking up the music and dancing wont work but you could get a blanket roll up on the couch and listen to some music softly and just get lost in the music that works for me if that dont do it get out a bible and read the word it cleanses the mind I cant sleep tonight as long as my eyes hold out I will be on we can talk im good with that if you like we can use the messenger it up to you but hang in there and just know it not just you I went threw this also you just get hit with these down and out moods in time they will pass let me know if I can help......Gnarly

Thank you for always being there gnarly your awesome. I'm just lost lately. I have this beautiful baby girl to cheer me up and she does daily. But once she's asleep I get lost in thought. I started writing I a journal. All my thoughts and it helps to get it all out on paper and to go back and read it

and now 2 grand babys Phoenix...3 and PheeBee 2 I love all my kids but I live for the little ones we took them to church today with us ....sunday school and PheeBee came running open arms when it was time to go home she loves here papa
your doing everything right now and sooner or later it wont mater what anybody says your sobriety will shine on its own.....you have came so fare so quickly I have been threw this with lots of people your doing great Lynn just hang in there and know who you are in Christ with that you can move a mountain ....im running on faith that God is not going to let me go blind.....I got God and the best doctors in the world working in me but my stress levle has been higgh that why I cant sleep going to make going to work at 2am a long night but so goes it ill make it threw

Please dont give that woman the power to make you doubt yourself.  You know everytime someone brings up the past we will be guilty everytime.  We live in the day now, our past is the past.  We are not doing the same things as we did.  We are moving forward and making progress.  Go and look at your precious bundle sound asleep in her crib, there is your answer~~~sara

To you. I did just that. I could watch her sleep for hours. Something about a sleeping baby that just melts my heart. I have so much to be grateful fr. You guys are apart of that. I thank you do much for your help. Thru my toughest times.
