Help quitting cannabis

Hi im laura i have bipolar II disorder and i really want to stop smoking cannabis
Ive been smoking cannabis every day for the pass 6 years i smoke about £30 a week and its strong stuff.
I really want to quit but i find myself getting moody and i can snap at the blink of an eye if i dont have some, without cannabis i cant seem to work through the day
I do believe the cannabis is making me worse but i just cant stop myself i love the feeling of being chilling out i do believe that i am addicted but i dont know why to turn for help

girl i know what u mean ive quit smoking 3 weeks ago after smoking weed for 12 yrs mainly because i was diagnosed with bipolar and my self medicating no longer worked i loved the relaxing effect too but after so long i no longer felt high except first thing in the morning be strong it will pass and have faith

Am not trying to get you to quit posting here, just that for the addiction they may be of more help.
