Help with Vicodin

I have been taking at least two to three vicodin a night and need to get off them because of the street cost and work is now randomly drug testing. I take them because they give me energy.  What is the best way to stay away from without bad side effects.

Hi glad to hear your wanting to stop. I don't know the dose that your on but I can say you gotta pay the piper. If you've been on them any length of time you will suffer withdrawls. I found the easiest way for me is ct as I can't handle the prolonged wd from taper. The thomas recipe helps some people. Immodium will help w stomach cramps and nice hot soaks in a bath for the rls. I know ppl use otc melatonin for sleep issues. Ultimately it will be time that will heal you. Since you use them at night only you probally won't get a good nights rest for some time bc we are creatures of habit. IEx you take them at a certain time so you will want them always at that time. Just look in the mirror and say "am I clean today?" Your stronger than a pill and you can do this!
