Help withw/d's....

Hi everyone.  Well as some of you may know last night I finally took the huge step of telling my wife and in-laws about my problem.  Now, what I need is a fairly cheap remedy to help w/ the physical pain and lack of sleep that I am starting to feel.  I have read both the Thomas recipe, and the amino, but to be completely honest, I'm the sole bread maker for my wife and son, and both of the above mentioned are a bit pricey.  Does anyone know about a stripped down version of either of those?  One note--keep in mind, up until yesterday I was taking 8-14 5mg oxycodones (orange pumkins) that I was getting for basically next to nothing.  I'm talking about the money thing because I can totally see someone saying "well, you spent the money on drugs for the past however long, so spend the money on the recipe".  I hope I don't come across as sounding crass when I say that, but I really felt it necessary to point it out, thats all!  :-)

I would say the bare minimum would be Hylands Restful Legs (3 under your tongue as often as you need them) and Imodium (immodium).

Hi there!  I had the same problem as you....my cheap alternative where eating lots of bananas and drinking lots of orange juice (the potassium in them will make your RLS better...and OJ's just good for you any ways!)  I also would take motrin before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning.   Hope this helps!

Also try hot baths, heat wraps around your legs, and even wrapping them in ace bandages. You need a good multivitamin and the potassium in the bananas help with the RLS.
