HI .....probably not it is rare to see someone actually sleep threw withdrawals make yourself comfortable on the couch and listen to some music or watch tv you can try raping your legs up tightly in a blanket kinda like swaddling a baby it will help a bit but you just got to tuff it out good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

hi you might try renting some movies to keep yourself bizzy at night if nights are bad for you just stay up most dont sleep that try to anyway make the best of it you can do this the higlands stuff helped me you can get it up at walmart hang in there keep posting for support and start telling yourself you CAN DO THIS I truly believe this is a battle one or last in ones own mind.....good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

Do you have any supplies?? Take multivitamin, hlyands RLS (or potassium or Bananas), plenty of liquids, motrin... HOT BATH or HOT TUB work wonders. It WONT last forever. Few more days. YOU CAN DO IT... Hang in there. You will get to the other side and it is SO worth it. Day 28 for me.... I'm rootin for you buddy!!

take a hot bath with epsom salts. take deep breaths, get valerian root, melatonin this will help to calm you down. the back pain is rebound pain, your brain is screaming to take a pill. dont give in you want this remember you want to be clean. you can buy hylands restless leg from walgreens or walmart. eat bananas that has potassium good for the legs. go for a walk.
