Hi all

Well I didn't want to post until I was sure I would stop !  Well I did . Now I am back and going to stay strong with the help and support of all you good people . THANK GOD I never took large amounts of this drug . But the psychological side effects are bad enough . Thank you so much people for all your support again . Jimmy

Hey there, to tell you about me, I was strung out for 10 years and I actually got sober for 2 years but I stopped doing my program. and I relapsed for about 3 months. I am jumping off of 10 lortabs a day habit tomorrow with no help. I know that it won't be as hard as before and I know how much it is worth it. Life is so much better when you dont have to rely on some pill to get out of bed

How wonderful that so many here have picked quit dates so close together ... I'll be joining you all before the weekend, having picked up my last repeat.

Love your attitude this will take you far.. for the physiological effects this was something I had to have a plan for.. I picked up a hobby of photography.. it has done a lot for anxiety and cravings.. Gets me out to places I had not been for awhile.. Keep your eye on the goal and grab life by the tail and enjoy the ride.. Freedom is awesome !! lesa
