Hitting a Slump

I felt mostly fine this morning (after my initial little freak out), almost decent even...

I haven't been thinking about calling anyone, getting any pills, nothing like that... And all of a sudden I hit this slump. I feel shaky, slightly sweaty, aching, and irritated as hell. I do NOT want to get any pills. I just want to feel... slightly okay. I just took a hot bath. I am getting dressed. I am going to try going and running some errands I have been putting off since last week when this hell began... Maybe that will pep me up a bit? Just getting outta here for awhile? Listening to some music? Letting the air blow on my face a bit? I am also going to pick up some amino acids, Vitamin C & B, and etc.

music helps, driving, getting out, anything to keep your mind somewhere else. I know how hard it is. driving to the beach helped me, I know thats not an option for everyone, but even taking a drive or walking can help so much :) best of luck to you!
